Rush House only have a limited number of emergency beds, so please do present to key choices as soon as you can so that you are supported to find accommodation as soon as possible.

Bedsit and Supported Accommodation
Anyone can refer to our bedsit and supported accommodation, if you would like to refer or have any queries please contact us.
Rush House does not offer accommodation without support.
What happens after I make a referral to Rush House ?
When Rush House receives your referral we will arrange a date and time to assess your suitability for the service. The assessment will be between a staff member, the person referring and any agency involved. The assessment will normally take around 45 minutes.
What happens next if my referral and assessment are successful ?
If Rush House is suitable for you we will contact you and you will be placed on a waiting list until a suitable offer of accommodation can be made. The waiting list length of time will vary but we will give you some indication how long you will be waiting.
What happens if my referral and assessment is not successful ?
If its decided Rush House cannot meet your needs you will be contacted with the reasons why. You will also have the right to appeal the decision.
