On Valentine’s Day, we had the pleasure of inviting Tracey (Asda Community Champion) from Asda Foundation to join our self-care, self-love session. Tracey brought in lots of lovely packs of treats, affirmation cards, journals and lots more! She spent the session with us and made it very fun. We look forward to inviting Tracey back for further sessions.
Rather than focussing on partners, or another person, we focussed on how to be more compassionate to ourselves. We made self-care challenges and chatted about how we can better take care of ourselves.
